SAVE was established by a group of local residents who are passionate about supporting our community and raising awareness of the proposed 6,000-home Grange Farm development proposed on our doorstep.

Since the campaign began, we have been entirely self-funded by our own members. Costs incurred so far have been more on the logistical side, such as room booking, running surveys and producing printed materials for marketing.

As we enter the next and most critical stage of the Local Plan process, however, we are facing significant costs for legal representation and specialist planning advice in order to support our mission.

The upcoming Regulation 19 consultation, expected in August or September, is the final opportunity to challenge the proposal before it progresses further. To ensure our community has the strongest possible case, we need to appoint planning experts to provide legal and planning support throughout the consultation process.

Our goal is to raise £30,000 to fund this essential work.
